"Customize Favorite Toolbars..." item shouldn't have a checkbox.

I do not have the checkbox. If the item is checked, then send me please your freecommander.ini.

Should I send my .ini?

Yes, please, send it to Marek, my problem has fixed itself, so my ini would be useless now. Just close FC and send it - don't open FC before you send the file.

I'm not sure if the problem is in freecommander.ini, so perhaps you could also backup the other ini files, if they will be needed.

Done (PM'd Marek with a link to my whole Settings folder).

Fixed for the release 583.
