Is it possible to change the "Temp Folder" location? If not, could you add option to change it please?

Also the easy way to change default path for Settings would be nice for normal users, currently the only way is to create Settings folder in FC install folder and copy the setting files there while FC is not running.

Anyway, for the main settings (ini files) it's important. Users who read the forum should know about it, but most normal users need GUI option for main settings path.
