For all situations use also these options:

- select items: enable checkboxes # 1,2,3,4,5,7 (so all except "select with right mouse button") and use 0 for hover time

- create new tab using the context menu item
= focus in the current panel is lost
= shortcuts to switch tabs (ctrl+pagedown/up) don't work

- activate new created tab using mouse click
- close actual tab using the context menu item
= focus in the current panel is lost

- now click within the actual panel, on the free space
= shortcuts to switch tabs (ctrl+pagedown/up) don't work

I think, it was already fixed in the release 584.

All bugs are not fixed in 584, I just re-checked them all now.

Sorry, you are right. The focus is on the tab after these actions.
