586 - incorrect quick view alignment behavior

1. select a file, press CTRL+Q
2. go to "Tools" Settings, Viewer and click "Apply"
-> quick view alignment toggles from bottom to right, although "Align in Panel" radio button indicates one single position.
under some circumstances this toggling occurs also if FC is closed with a quick view open.
