586 - File Access Denied, cannot delete file

win7x64, when deleting certain files in FC 586 I get the message:
File Access Denied: You need permission to perform this action.
deletion via windows explorer or FC 2009 is working, I didn't have this issue in previous FC beta versions.

I checked the file properties, it's not write-protected, no alternative data stream, and the security tab showing that everyone is grated "Full control". can anyone reproduce this issue?

It works good here, with both - Win delete and FC delete, Win Vista 32 bit.

anyone running 586 on a win7x64 machine? are you facing the same issue?
although I am an administrator, UAC off, permission, security, etc. everything is fine
I am not able to delete my own files, even when I took ownership.
I tried everything, even disabling and enabling my win account.
as deletion is working with windows explorer this must be a FC issue...

In FC XE you can use Windows or FC as operation executor (Settigs->File/folder operations). Have you tried with the option "Use Windows"?

yeah, finally I figured out what caused the issue:

although being admin, after creating executables as *.exe; *.bat, I was not allowed to delete the file afterwards.

the issue was gone after moving the complete FC folder from "D:\Program Files". to "D:\".
BTW, %ProgramFiles% resolves as "C:\Program Files" and not as "D:\Program Files".

to reproduce move the complete FC folder to %ProgramFiles% (restart win) then create somewhere files as *.exe or *.bat and delete them.
