Teilung 25/75 and 75/25 does not correspond correctly with the symbol.
The symbols splitter is in the wrong direction 25/75 the splitter is right instead left and vice versa.

this is probably by design. for instance 25/75 will change the active panel size to 25%.

got it. it means 75% / 25%, the first percentage number is applied to the active panel thus in this case it makes the active window bigger in a 75/25 ratio.
