594 - special folders as start folders don't work

With FC XE 594, special folders don't work as start folders in Windows 7. With Windows XP, there is no such problem.
If I want to set special start folders like libraries, documents, pictures, videos, and I select one of these folders and click OK, there is no path displayed in the corresponding textbox and so there is no start folder selected.
