Folder sizes and details

Hi, I have over 100 folders with different numbers of files. In XP I could see from MS Explorer how many files were in each folder at a glance from the root folder, but in W7, this doesn't work. If I used FreeCommander, would I be able to see the file numbers (or file count) and if possible, the total time of the music files in each folder.
