597 - cannot delete folder (folder is not empty)

I mark this as a bug b*cause I could not find any setting to allow deletion.

to repro:
- create a hidden file in a folder, then try to delete the foder (in FC settings: disable show hidden files)
-> fails in FC, in win Explorer it's possible although it does not show hidden files either.
-> FC should behave as WinExpl.

Confirmed - only when using FC as delete operation.

Similar bugs: Use copy or/and move instead of delete - it doesn't work either, the folder is copied, but the file isn't.
