set one tab to "locked - no navigation", quick filter in one tab, go to next tab
-> filter applied in second tab

I tried this, but it's not a problem on my system. Win7-64.

Well, not "wrong" exactly, just different :^)
When I switched tabs with
Ctrl+Tab or
Ctrl+Sh+Tab, no problem. How about for you?
BUT when I switched tabs by
clicking like in your video, I had the problem you described. However, the problem disappeared if I then used Ctrl+Tab, and it was also not a problem if I clicked a tab after that. Interesting.
