[FIXED] 598 Seek icon file for toolbar item hangs FC

Open Define Action Toolbars.
Open the Details dialog for a toolbar item.
Click on the <...> button for Icon File.
Click on Seek Icon File...
FC hangs. (Win7-64)

It works OK for me.
Could you try with the empty ini?
Maybe the dialog is in the background?

I used a fresh (default) ini file. Yes, the Open dialog to specify an icon file opens behind the previous dialogs. In the order of opening:
1. Define Action Toolbars.
2. Details dialog opens on top of that dialog.
3. Open dialog opens behind the first dialog. (Win7-64)
So FC doesn't actually "crash" as I first reported, but the program is effectively unresponsive because the active dialog is hidden.

Could you please check it again in 599, I have made few changes.
