Adding windows 'Name' colum cannot then be removed

Hi !
If I use Add/Remove Columns and add
Windows Name
I get two Name columns as expected. However I cannot then remove the second 'Name' column, the 'tick box' for 'Name' does not change state in either the 'Free Commander' section or the 'Windows' section of the Add Remove dialog
