611 - Go up issue

- use FileListItemShortingType=2 ini option
- use single click for files and folders
- use 36 max width for list view
- go to FC languages folder (for example)
- now try to click the blue (or other highlighted color) area to go up
= it doesn't work on 90% of the blue area
