619 - File copy/move/dir. synchonise Don't work with Phone

Unable to copy/move files and folder compare/synchronise from/with phone (USB connected).
File commands using FC don't work, <Ctrl-C> <Ctrl-V> do work (uses windows commands in my configuration).
Browsing the phone is not a problem.
Path from Phone is (copied from FC):
::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\\\?\usb#vid_04e8&pid_6860&ms_comp_mtp&samsung_android#6&2613f522&4&0000#{6ac27878-a6fa-4155-ba85-f98f491d4f33}\SID-{20002,SECZ9519043CHOHB01,3970629632}
Internal path to long for FC to handle ?
Shown path in FC is: Computer\GT-I9070\Card
Path windows explore shows is:
Computer\GT-I9070\Card
When I copy the path from long path from FC into Windows Explorer, results in Computer\GT-I9070\Card
FCXE v619, Win7-32
