[622] Subfolder list menu will show outside of screen

If windows taskbar is at top on Windows 8, subfolder list menu on address bar will avoid taskbar and will shift downward. (It will not overlapped on taskbar.)
But the height of menu is the same, so if list contains many items, the scroll down arrow will show outside of screen. (not usable)
This problem doesn't happen on Windows XP.
