645 - rename on slow double click (bug?)

I happened to find some unclear behavior.
Renaming on slow double click works in tree panel.
BUT
'Allow rename on slow double click' in files panel doesn't work when 'Hot track only' in activated.

Deactivate 'Hot track only' and renaming works on slow double click.
If it is meant to be like this, I'd suggest to write a hint next to the 'hot track' command in the settings window.

edit: in NC-mode it works like a charm.

Confirmed, but I must admit that I don't fully understand the option "Hot track only".

strangely enough it works in NC-mode (even if 'hot track only' in ON)
