There is a conflict here, assigned shortcut is not recognized here.



Win Vista 32 bit.

Message tells you there is already Shift+Ctrl+N shortcut assigned.
The "Not assigned" info refers to F8 not being already assigned.

The message appears every time you try to change an already assigned shortcut. If there is no shortcut assigned, you don't have that message.

The message for conflicting shortcuts is this:

Right, it's not a bug, but I'm not sure if the dialog is needed here.

"Defaults" button is very danger and it has no warning dialog, but I'll create the new topic...
