- right click the toolbar and select "Customize favorite toolbars..."
- select "Toolbar options" tab
- use Big icons, icon size 32, button size 39
- select "General options" tab
- enable first option, "Integrate fav. toolbar with action tollbars"
= spacing is missing, button size is not respected for the favorite tools buttons, it doesn't look nice
= BTW there should be some spacing also for the common toolbar buttons, currently it's 0 pixels, I suggest 1 or 2 pixels

Simply set button size of all toolbars to the same value.

With the "Integrate...." option the "button size" option is NOT respected - button size 32 instead of 39 is used, it's a bug. If that option is disabled, the "button size" option IS respected. See the screenshots.

I have disabled that option and I have what I want, but it's still a bug IMHO.
