Saved layouts not restoring properly.

1. Create and save a layout with panes that show tabs, left pane C:\Users\Wayne\Documents, right pane C:\Users\Wayne\Documents\Temp
2. Change right pane to C:\
3. Restore layout
4. Right pane is still C:\, but the tab shows C:\Temp

So layouts restores the tab, but not the folder. Now the tab doesn't reflect the folder thart's in the pane.

Also, please provide layout icon so this option can be added to the action toolbar. Use the same layout icon as used in the main menu, view drop down menu.
