[Feature Request] Layouts: Merge new layout with exist. tabs

I need a fifth option for the layout dialog: Merge tabs.
That means that the existing tabs are kept and only those tabs of the new layout are added that are not already open.

I think, it make sense for both existing options:
- Close not locked tabs
- Keep all tabs
Someone against it?

I have never used the "Close not locked tabs", so I am not sure about this option.
But for "Keep all tabs" it definitely makes sense.
