Copying Files That Need Administrator Permission

I get an error when using FreeCommander's copy function. The error is "Access is denied". I then cannot copy the file.
If I copy the file in Windows Explorer the message is "You'll need to provide administrator permission to copy to this folder." I can then Continue, Skip, or Cancel.
I think there should be a button in the Copy and Move windows to allow copying of files that need administrator permission.
