Is it something I've done, or does HELP not work in Donor x64 682?

Downloaded the latest XE Help English file, and unzipped it into \Program Files. It's dated 1/8/2015, so it's obviously very current.

But it doesn't seem to work. All I can see is the list of topics. No content appears.

What have I done wrong? Or is this a real problem?

Check the info in the ReadMe_XE.txt.

That did it. Properties -> UNBLOCK.

Is there a reason it's distributed this way, as BLOCKED? Or is there no way to alter the distribution technique to avoid this security blockage?

I honestly would NEVER have dreamed of looking in ReadMe_XE.txt for the answer to this question, even though it's clearly there.

Anyway, problem solved. Case closed. Thank you.
