It might be nice to combine under VIEW f10 & ctrl-h to just cycle under one key.

Suggestion: f10 key cycle through Dual Panel -> Split Horizontal -> Single Panel -> ... back to Dual Panel -> ...

Workaround:

- you can change the hotkeys to F10 and F11 for example
- use the HotkeyP tool and create a macro to toggle between those modes
