I recently discovered a UI bug related to the Tree toggle button. When you add the "Large Icons" or/and "Small Icons" button in the standard toolbar, the "Toggle Tree" button behaves erratically. It stays always selected thus not able to toggle the tree view.

Try changing the "Group index" number for those buttons:

Yep, that did the trick. Especially you have to put the same group index (2) as the rest of the folder icons. Thanks for the tip
