Language file Bug:Chinese_s.lng encoding error

Chinese_s.lng encode in GB2312,a chinese encoding standard.FC can not correctly identify it.it should be in UTF8.
You can find all language files on the site http://freecommander.com/en/languages/.
Download for all languge files: http://freecommander.com/FreeCommanderXE_lng.zip.
Chinese_s.lng seems to be ok. However the file in the version 685 is not in UTF8.
