I can replicate this using build 685 public and also using build 695 beta x64 on win7x64.

When the mouse cursor is in the Quick filter field, I get this

instead of this

Confirmed also in FC XE 695 x32 under Windows XP SP3.

UPD: Still present in FC XE 2015 Build 700 public beta
