Time zone difference in minutes and negative value ?

Usually this setting doesn't need to adjust.
But it only allow to set positive value.
Doesn't it need to set negative value too ?
Additionally, this setting and timeout setting on the same page cannot input value from keyboard directly.

I downloaded FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_portable708.zip.
This is the Current downloads for beta testing.
It is not a release version.
I am talking about ftp connection setting dialog.
Sorry I don't know what you mean.
I usually use filezilla for my ftps server transfer, and filezilla can set negative timezone offset value. (But I don't use timezone offset.)

Negative value could be set, input values from keyboard works fine for both settings.
