drag&drop fails without user notification when no free space

1. move a big file to a folder in fav tree by hold ctrl and drag & drop
(make sure that there is insufficient free space)
2. in Move Settings Dialog untick "Auto close for successful operation"
3. Press Run
-> Fail, without any message: 0 errors, 0 skipped
Edit: this happens also when moving files via F6 to an opposite pane if insufficient space
