Synology NAS Drive No Longer Seen in Network List

Previously, the NAS drive would appear in the network list (usually listed in the "1" icon on the drive listing). I could then open the NAS drive and browse its directories. Now the Synology only appears as a media device. I have to map specific directories in the NAS drive to see them which is not workable as I have 20 directories on the NAS. Has something chnaged in how FC reads network devices such that it does not recognize it as a storage device as well as a media device as it did previously?

I am using the latest release of FC donor version.

I am using FreeCommanderXE Release 726 on Windows 10 64-bit and it finds my NAS device as a network share like it always has.

I have a Seagate Black Armour NAS 220 which I have been using for several years without any problems.

You should check to see how the Windows File Explorer sees your Synology NAS device.
