I am running the same 2008.6.0.329 beta of FC on Win XP Pro x32 and Vista x64. In XP the right click context menu for files and folders shows all the actions for custom addins that are also there in the regular windows file explorer (i.e. 7zip, WinMerge, TortiseSVN, ClamWin, WinAmp, ...).
I installed the same addins on Vista x64 and their actions show up in the context menu of the Vista windows explorer, but not in the FC context menu
In addition, the icons for SVN controlled files/folders do get the svn status icon change in FC under XP as well, but not under Vista

I hope this is easy to change - I could even help coding it if there is a way of collaborating possible.

I had the problem with 7zip, I'm running vista 64. 7zip was the 64 bit version so I just uninstalled 64 bit and installed the 32 bit counterpart, fixed! Fc is very nice with this working.. = p
