New show/hide toolbars and old show/hide main menu options are useful, but the access is not the best, it might be difficult to re-enable it, if user disable it by mistake.

I suggest to add main menu items, status bar context menu item (main menu item is there already), and default keyboard shortcuts (something not easy to hit by mistake, perhaps Ctrl+Shift+B and Ctrl+Shift+M).

Toolbar button icon for "show/hide toolbars" would be nice too.
