Minor - Shell Menu "Links" checkbox issue

In Settings > Shell Menu - if the "Files" option is checked, another option "Links" is greyed out, but the checkbox is unchecked - it should be checked, because it's always enabled if the "Files" option is checked. It's a bit confusing and incorrect now.
