Keep Synchronized?

Is there anyway to have FreeCommander keep two directories synchronized? As it is now when there's a change it asks if I'd like to recompare the directories, what I'm looking for is some way to have FreeCommander automatically compare the directories again and do a synchronize utilizing the last settings, all without human intervention.
