581 - Full row select broken

The option full row select is broken if "Theme off " option is disabled.

In my File/Folder List settings: Full Row Select is checked, I unchecked Theme Off and restarted the program. Full row select still works the same as before. (FC 581, Win 7/64.)

Maybe I'm not looking at the right thing. What do you mean the option is "broken"? What is not working?

Sorry, it's broken if "full row select" is disabled.

Here's what I observe in Detailed view: when "Full row select" is disabled, the file name is highlighted, there is a break (no highlight) between the right end of the name and the right side of the Name column, then the remaining details are highlighted. This is independent of the status of "Theme off."

I always have "Full row select" enabled, so I don't know what it should look like disabled. Perhaps only the file name should be highlighted?

Right, only the file name should be highlighted. You need to enable "Theme off", disable "full row select" and restart FC to see the difference.

It's useful for selecting items with mouse drag (which is not working with NC mode, but it's another issue), for double click on empty space (configurable, I'm using it to select all files, very useful) and also for single click on empty space, to deselect all items.

What I observe is this:
If "Select items in NC-mode" is enabled, then "Full row select" will be broken as described above. But if NC-mode is disabled, then "Full row select" is not broken. For me, the state of "Theme off" has no influence. Win 7/64.
