582 - Tab action applied to wrong tab/panel

to reproduce:
1. LMB select tab in left panel
2. RMB "lock folder tab - no navigation" in right panel [do not click with LMB]
-> lock is applied to left tab instead of right one

btw, this issue is not occurring in FC2009 and more actions are affected, eg.
when doing as described in (1) above then RMB > File Containers > Go to file containers folder
-> left panel shows containers folders instead of the right panel
