Free Commander XE and zip file with czech fonts

I use both versions of Free Commander (XE 609 and 2009.02B).
The XE version I have a problem with Czech characters in the zip file are not displayed correctly. I even tried TotalZip WCX plugin and Czech characters are also displayed incorrectly. Version 2009.02b Czech characters displayed correctly. I would have to use a version of the XE, but this error bothers me.

yes, zip files created in XE is font correctly.

So it seems that if the problem is not resolved, so I'll have to wear it on usb drive both versions of the program:
to older zip archives version 2009.02b and on the new zip archives version XE
