634-650 - Status bar truncated text issue

This is not a new issue, but I think I know where is the problem, it looks it's the refresh issue below the quick filter.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

- use default settings, clean install or command line parameters...
- resize window to smaller size (about half-size)
- create file 1234567890-1234567890-1234567890.txt
- change status bar item FcDefault__0 like this: remove line "[fc_dtMod]" and add the last line "[fc_name]", hint "[fc_name]"
- now go to another file with short name
= result is truncated status bar text...



- restart FC
- go to file 1234567890-1234567890-1234567890.txt
