[819] Keyboard shortcuts do not work in Quick View pane

I was very excited tor read this
Bug fix: Keyboard shortcuts do not work in Quick View pane

Unfortunately I cannot confirm any fix. Shortcuts never worked in last years at least for me. This applies to 819 as well.


as shown in the video copy (ctrl+c) does not work in quick view (never did) not in text, hex or whatever mode.

Confirmed, you mean probably build 819.

The Quick Viewer shortcuts must work in the context of the main window, so the shortcuts definition can now be found under Tools->Define keyboard shortcuts (at the bottom of the list).

This way it works for some shortcuts, but copy is missing, more in the other topic.

sorry I don't get it. why is that?

shouldn't be that difficult to add, if you ask me.
all file managers I appreciate have this core/basic functionality.

thanks for adding this feature, been waiting for years.

there seems to be a glitch or two tough.
As shown in the video 1) .EDP is copied but +EDP pasted, maybe an encoding issue not sure, maybe irrelevant but
2) when selecting "show converted files" CTRL+C does not work, is for sure an isssue:
