Start FC with default settings ("C:\Program Files\FreeCommander XE\FreeCommander.exe" /N /NewIni=FreeCommanderTest.ini /NoPlugins /Lng=English)
open settings:



C:\Program Files (x86)\PSPad editor\PSPad.exe - I don't have PSPad installed on my system. Shouldn't this be blank, until I add a program?

Yes, the checkbox should be blank (not active) if you have not the program.
You can remove the line if you do not want use the program or you can define other program.
