subfolders

Hi Everybody,
I am trying to compare firefox portable with a backup on my removeable drive but dont know how to do this-it has so many subfolders,any setting I need or any tips would be cool,I guess I need recursive comparison?
Can you help me, please?

In an actual FC it is Folder / Synchronize
