863 - Dual panel + quick view: exception when switching to single panel

in dual panel view and having also a file open in quick view in the opposite panel (I tested JPG, PDF files), switching to single panel causes an exception.

Confirmed and fixed for the next release.

Confirmed in 863 64-bit donor and 860 32-bit public, default settings.

Steps to reproduce, use default settings, select image, press Ctrl+Q, F10, another exception after clicking continue and closing FC.
