Layout change when using more user accounts - Vista 2008-06c

The layout of FreeCommander is different (scattered) in other user accounts in Vista. In the account where I was logged in (admin account) when installing FC there is everything OK. But when I switch user and start the FC in any other account, the layout of FC is wrong. Toolbar buttons are scattered and the panel divider is wider than usual with added icons like big recycle bin icon in the middle and so on...
