948: Sync Window window size recovery

Hi,

The Directory Sync Window has the same problem as the viewer had before, it always "comes" in standard size instead of remembering the previous size.
I think this was different <946 and came with the viewer problem.
Using FC under: Win11 German, Server 2022, Win11 Multisession
