File renamer: Support custom string formatting for date & time fields

To improve the file renamer, please consider supporting custom string formatting for date & time fields. Using standard date/time formatting syntax is likely best (see https://www.foragoodstrftime.com/).

If you mean format in the columns - it is the same as in the file list.
For using date/time in the file names - there is combobox field "Timestamp format", you can change the format.
