I suggest to make the tabs colored, as in MS Excel, so similar or related tabs can be grouped "visually."

You can change the color of your tabs as follows:
1. Right click on the tab
2. Select "Rename and lock"
3. In the dialog box, click on Tab Color and click on the pallets to set the desired colors.

First change the Settings for Folder Tabs: uncheck the option Use Windows colors.
