If I try to find a file named hyukatake_800_raw.tif I don't get a correct searchresult using Filename: hy*.tif Search in: c:\ Include Subfolders, Zip, Cab and Rar all checked. All it shows is the file in directory c:\documents and settings\marty\local settings\... etc.
If I use Filename: hy*.tif Search in: c:\workdir then I do get the (correct) results:
hyukatake_800_raw.tif in c:\workdir\workdirdocs and hyukatake_800_raw.tif in c:\workdir\workdirdocs\hyukatake_800_raw.zip.
I tried and renamed the file in documents and settings, but then searching with path c:\ does not give any results either.
Somehow it seems it does not search all subdirectories???
Search files/folders incorrect
I have a similar problem.
Search in folder with few subfolders. There are many jpg files inside each folder and backup files with extension .jpg_original. I have deleted all files with .jpg_original extension, but I found many files with .jpg_original in few subfolders, so I tried Search again, but just one file was found, even though there are about 50 files with the same extension in few subfolders.
I tried to search *.jpg_original, *orig*, *.*orig*... Include subfolders is enabled, of course.

Hmm.. don't know, it's a very strange problem. For example, when I search in 2 'bad' subfolders, search works good, in one subfolder it doesn't work good, but in parent folder with all these subfolders it doesn't work either.
The files are the normal JPG files, just renamed with suffix .jpg_original. I tried to rename the file in few other folders but there is no problem with those files.
