how to give QuickView Plugins options

#1 Post by gpburth » 06.05.2010, 15:37

Hello!

We use Freecommander here quite intensively and recently I wanted to use the plugins for QuickView the first time. For this I got pdfview.wlx (from Florian Heidenreich) and added it in the settings - like described elsewhere in this forum (newest GPL Ghostscript is installed).
This worked somewhat, but the resulting quality is suboptimal. In the Readme of the plugin is written:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Configuration
------------------------------------------------------------------------

pdfview.wlx supports the new common ini-file for lister plugins called
lsplugin.ini. This file was introduced with Total Commander 5.51 and
is stored in the same folder as your wincmd.ini.

If you're running an older version of Total Commander (e.g. TC 5.50),
pdfview.wlx stores a file called pdfview.ini in the plugins folder.
Since this is not TC but FC the mentioned files are nowhere to be found. I tried to add a "pdfview.ini" in the same folder as the .wlx, but this doesn't work.

Is there a "standard" way for plugin options in FC? I tried to find it, but didn't find anything in help file nor here.
Do you have other ideas how to send options to the plugin?
