Hiren's MiniXP ~ avifil32.dll not found

I wuz recently USB-booting the final release of the OLD Hiren's BootCD ...
on some OLD x86 ThinkPads ... and running the MiniXP ...
I suppose some (others) "out there" might (also) be familiar with the OLD Hireen's & its MiniXP ???

Anyway, FreeCommander x86 would not launch/run under Hiren's MiniXP ...
The ErrorMessage iz:
avifil32.dll not found
Is there anyone "out there" who is familiar with (hot to resolve) this Error ???
