Edit a Saved Profile

I cannot locate an option to edit a saved profile within the Multi Rename window; if it exists please tell me how to edit/re-save a renaming profile - if it doesn't exist I'm requesting this feature to be added. I frequently need to "fine-tune" renaming profiles.

- Open multi rename dialog
- Select Profiles tab
- Select profile you want change
- Click on button "Apply selected profile"
- On the Settings tab make changes you want
- Go to Profiles tab
- Use + button for saving new profile
- Remove old profile
- Close the dialog
