"Creates New Folder (F7)" - focus should be set in data entry area, not on OK button

I originally put this item in the "bugs" sub-forum, because that's what I felt it was. That post was deleted from that sub-forum. I suppose it was not considered to be a "bug".
Well then I would like to bring the notion up for "discussion" here instead. It does at least need to be considered.
The issue is that when you push the "Creates new folder (F7)" button the popup dialog that appears has the cursor focus snapped to the OK button at the bottom of the dialog window, rather than placed in the data entry area. So if you are not paying attention to this and simply immediately start typing what you want to be the new folder name, expecting that your key strokes and data entry will be going into the data entry area for that new folder name... NOTHING HAPPENS!!! All of your key strokes get ignored!!!
Only now if your eyes go to the data entry area and notice that NOTHING YOU'VE TYPED HAS BEEN ENTERED, do you suddenly realize that the cursor wasn't pre-positioned to that data entry area and given the focus there. Grrr.. .
So now you have to manually move the cursor over (from where it is still hovering over the OK button) to the data entry area, click once to give that data entry area the cursor focus, and finally only now once again re-type everything you'd previously typed. And of course now your keystrokes ARE getting registered and the characters going into the data entry area for the new folder name.
==> I am suggesting that it would be extremely user-friendly and beneficial to the purpose of the function of "Create new folders (F7)" if in that popup window dialog the cursor was already pre-positioned in the data entry area and focus given to that cursor location. That way the user's typing of the new folder name could truly begin instantly and immediately, with no other cursor movement or left-click required before being allowed to enter the data there.
